Brivis is part of Rinnai Australia and is widely installed across Victoria. Many Brivis homes run both a Brivis ducted heater and a Brivis evaporative cooler from the same Networker wall controller, so a cooling fault can sometimes show up as a controller or communication issue.
We test the cooler, the controller and the connections between them, so the right part is repaired. Our vans carry common pumps, valves and capacitors for faster first-visit fixes.
